The flocking technique started in China more than 3,000 years ago. It was originally applied to the object with a sticky paste of resin, and then sprinkled with wood fiber or other fine powder for decoration. This is the prototype of flocking.

 

Modern flocking technology, which was launched in Europe, was applied to the wall in a large building such as the church palace in Europe in the 1940s and 1940s. It was decorated with some short fibers and colored powder.

Electrostatic flocking was first developed and used in Germany in the 1950s and 1960s. It was introduced in China in the 1970s and 1980s. Out of the country's first six-station multi-color flocking machine and obtained national patent

 

Electrostatic flocking is a physical property that uses the same-sex repulsive anisotropy to attract the fluff, and the fluff is charged with a negative charge. The object that needs flocking is placed under zero potential or grounding conditions. The villus is attracted to the plant by the isopotential, vertical.
